To me, a bean dish is just vegetables, ok, with egg, a recipe of some sort. Not a heavy dish with grain, flour, etc. If I want to bake a pie or bread that includes green beans I would describe exactly it in the header of the post. Sorry. Disappointing.
Just wanna share a TIP in cooking CHINESE FOODS tho based on what I've experiences in HongKong for 13yrs. What I've learned in Hongkong since I lived there is the Chinese Food have these 5 INGREDIENTS RULES FOR ANY MARINATE/INGREDIENTS IN ALMOST EVERY CHINESE FOOD, so those are = 1. Salt = jim (yim) 2. White Ground Pepper = wu ziu fan 3. Soy Sauce = si yau 4. Sugar = tong (thong) 5. Flour = fan (fa) ALWAYS & ALWAYS! IS THE BASIC OR LITERALLY THE ROOTS FOR ANY INGREDIENTS/MERINATED IN CHINESE FOODS…But sometimes depends on what kinda food, so can add another more differs ingredients but those 5 are the MUST! You probably wondering why she always put “FLOUR” in almost recipes….😁…And before I went there in HK, I also learned those in a Training Centre (TC) in Jakarta with the Expert from HK itself.. Such as Cantonese Language, Cooking Skills in Cantonese Foods, Name of the Ingredients in Cantonese..such a fun time tho…and when I am in HK then I explore more on Cooking for Western Foods, any kinda off…and Loved it!! ☺💚😋
