OMG it looked so easy till I tried it bcos the dough mixture was way tooooo dry . I must say I just followed the ingredients used without measuring the liquid amt after squeezing 2 juicing tangerine & added the eggs,vinegar, yeast & sugar. I ended up using 3 tangerines added 50 cc milk & more water, 2tbsp olive oil in order to form a dough……finally pat it with some olive oil to store in fridge……How I wish Xiao Ying can be more precise eg how much orange juice exactly without adding in the eggs as volume used……Anyway thank you for the recipe & I hope mine bread will turn out well tmr after dough has been in fridge after 12 hrs …lol
