Over priced garbage. I have this device and there has been no change in spots, redness or overall skin tone. The cooling in this unit is both ineffective and inefficient in that it is unable to cope with the heat that is generated by the unit in that the cool doesn't last long and all I can feel is scalding heat on my skin. The company is also dodgy and dishonest in that they never publish on their website reviews that don't give their products a favorable review. All the products that this company makes never produces the outcomes that they claim. And what is worse is that this company sells a "Pro" version in China which is supposed to be much stronger and better. This is what JOVS have said:
"Compared with the flagship version, the Blacken pro version has improved energy and it is better for solving skin spots, acne marks, dullness, redness, enlarged pores and other problems. If you want to solve these problems more efficiently you can buy our Blacken Pro."
As usual selling the low end versions (junk) to the West.
