我喜欢hiit,喜欢有氧,但我也会做重训,我比较生气的是健身圈总有个鄙视链,重训无氧的会鄙视有氧,看到还蛮不舒服的,运动有什么高低贵贱嘛。

完全同意用誇張標題吸引觀眾,但是很多觀眾根本不知道真相是不可能兩週就改變。很多人也是明明找了健身教練和嚴格飲食才瘦下來。然後出書教幾個動作想讓人相信做這些動作就可以瘦。被騙過錢的我😂😂😂

无论减脂还是增肌
1.重训–优先大肌群,所以需要卧推,深蹲,硬拉,当你需要健美体型,才需雕琢小肌群
2.饮食–学会计算热量和营养构成,减脂则亏空,增肌则盈余,蛋白质和碳水要足够,多吃健康脂肪很重要,因许多营养元素为脂溶性而非水溶性远离一切反式脂肪和含糖食物
3.睡眠–无论肌肉生长还是脂肪燃烧,其高峰期均发生在深度睡眠中,7小时必须睡满睡好,否则前2项事倍功半
最后,执行并坚持
健身3年的经验,很简单,但很多人却做不好
有時很無奈,沒有教練不知那些健身片是正確,跟著做了一些沒意義的健身操也不知道。

not everyone is a gym caoch and know every machine, just put a physical sign tell people what you dont like , do soemthing about it , educated people instead of bitching on people
很多人不吃碳水,大多是指澱粉,因為澱粉含醣容易上血糖上升的快、進而導致胰島素分泌增加導致肥胖,醣及糖對一些人的體質也容易導致發炎反應~應該是這樣才會說少吃碳水(澱粉)吧?🤔
