Loved the workout! For any beginners like me, be warned: your arms will absolutely destroyed after the workout! You definitely will be able to walk to your shower after, but good luck washing your hair/face/neck/shoulders! 😉
I have been doing this excersice for 1 month and there are huge change on my body. But I wanna get some advices .If its ok to eat only 2 meals for a day and do excersices ?. Does it affect to my health?

STARTING TODAY : 18 JAN 2022 .. WEIGHT : 65 KG..took two long breaks in between to complete the whole thing
