a very pleasant stretching ☺️🧘♀️ because I don't have a “form roller” I took a plastic water bottle and a chair back for the exercises, which also worked well 😉 how often do you do this stretching? And are you going to make more videos with the "Form Roller"?

I am gonna do this on Day 14 since I just skipped it on Day 7.
I was discouraged at first when I saw that you need a form roller to do the stretch but I figured a way around it that I think is just as effective as the original.
I tried sitting on one of our longer couches and using the arm chair to stretch the calf muscle. I looked at other substitutes for form roller and I think I will use a broomstick for the rest of the exercises.
Day 7 ✅
