Vou fazer essa receita me deu água na boca, gosto muito de carne de porco.Aqui no Brasil e chamado panceta essa parte do porco. Aqui tenho costume de temperar com tempero pronto chamado nordestino vem salsa, pimenta em pó, alho em pó, e caldo de carne em pó. Ai frita ela em cubinhos fica muito bom.
