小颖，妳真的了不起！妳的视频竟令我馋涎欲滴，跃跃欲试。正好我有很多韭菜，当天就有样学样地学着做了，但我想请教两个问题1）为什么我的韭菜汁（过滤了的）面团揉了半天都没你那么光滑漂亮，但弹性似乎很好？2）面团切成条条后，上下都涂满了油，加盖，谁知两个小时后， 拉两下就断了！不知道是哪个步骤出了问题？万望指教，不胜感激！改天成功了，一定奉告！
