What brand of knife do you use?
Hello! Would you tell me, please, IF you use the same type of flour all the time in your leavened recipes? It appears to be VERY white and bright , like Rice Flour? OR do you use Wheat Flour (in UK this is NOT as white as rice flour). Many thanks.
