Hey Coffee, i have a question. Hope you can help me. Recently I have slim down a lots after I start my intermittent fasting (eat 2 meals a day). But my bust is getting smaller (I don't want😖). Is it intermittent fasting caused my bust to be smaller? If I back to normal eating (3 meals a day) and do bust exercise and massage, will it help? I m worry I will gain weight if I back to normal eating.
Actually you become more beautiful after you started teaching yoga. I nearly couldn't recognize you. You were working in TV before right? Before this you are slim but you have more body definition now. Fit Fit.
