豬肚雞米線——辛苦勞作後的冬日暖煮【滇西小哥】

今年玉米的收成還不錯，忙活了好幾天。每年到了撇包穀流大汗的時候，就得要吃點大油大肉來補一補，甩一碗熱騰騰的豬肚雞米線，炒一盆干鍋肥腸，再來盤酸苗豬肝，吃完這一頓晚上再睡個好覺，明天又是精神飽滿的一天~ ※Click “cc” on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. It’s kind of a harvest year for the corns. We spent several days in the field. Each year when we do the hard work to harvest the corns, we will need more meat to make up for the hard work. We would enjoy a bowl of hot rice noodles with stewed chicken and pig tripe soup, some griddle cooked pig intestines, and stir-fried pig liver with garlic bolt.
