I reduced 1.9 kilos in 4 days. Basically I check my weight before and after excercise. I reduced .5 kilos after excercise routine. Really glad that something works out for me and I can see the results instantly. I was 69.9 in the beginning now I'm 68.
Wait a minute . I’m not too sure why you’re calling this Zumba . There’s absolutely nothing that resembles Zumba in this workout routine. I’m not trying to say this workout isn’t good but it’s a cardio workout not a Zumba Latin workout with Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and all the other wonderful dances that’s included in the Zumba program.
