All of a sudden I’m caught watching these fish diving videos.
マグロがすでに補食されてる後がある💦又、切り口が包丁の入れ方が身の鮮度を落とす、最初のマグロは氷を使用しているまではよかったが、包丁が一種類切ればいいものではない。中国韓国台湾たまたま動画を見たが、日本の形だけを学んでるのか。一つ一つの意味がある事を知らない、食文化の違いが、さばきかたにもでるのでしょう。

I just saw another video about cutting apart a whole tuna. And it was Korean. Looking like it was in Japan. Now this one to. China. I'm sorry for sounding like this. But I do think these Chinese people did a better job then the Korean people with cutting up a whole tuna.
