我觉得我大概看明白了,主要肉的比例是猪腿肉泥(或者半肥瘦)+肥肉泥,然后加一些调料,接着不挺的搅拌。。下次我自己试一下。

福記貢丸在近三十年前…還是手工做時更好吃!當然,那個時代的溫體黑毛豬肉也比現在冷凍豬肉好吃多了。
新竹「車站肉羹麵」的米粉湯、貢丸湯就是用他家的貢丸,以前高中週六上半天,中午是去吃貢丸才是重點、而米粉湯反而是配角。
