米线是一个品种, 你可叫昆明米线, 云南米线。过桥米线则是一个品牌, 因为源出云南蒙自地区, 所以被称为蒙自过桥米线。这种起源于民间的品牌, 很难受现有专利法的有效保护。政府应出台新法律专门保护这类地方性品牌, 虽然不收品牌费, 至少使大家知道哪个地方发明了这好东西。你可以开餐馆, 叫你的东西为过桥米线或蒙自过桥米线, 但不能换个地名叫为昆明过桥米线。那属于侵犯品牌权利。同理, 小锅米线是玉溪小锅米线, 也不应叫为昆明小锅米线。昆明怎么老是搞拿来主义, 把别人的变成自己的。
