說起藏餐， 怎麼少得了犛牛肉，酥油茶和糌粑呢？和魯茸告別後我們去了一趟香格里拉吉迪村的牧場，除了草甸牛羊，這裡還有香氣撲鼻的糌粑和香甜沁人的酥油茶。村里的老人們3到9月都在牧場放牧，每天都擠牛奶做酥油，第一次看到酥油的製作過程，也嚐到了最新鮮的酥油茶的味道，走之前和爺爺買了一餅酥油和一些犛牛肉，爺爺還送了我青稞粉，回家後做一頓正兒八經的藏餐～除了酥油茶和糌粑，我還做了藏式火鍋和耗牛肉乾，也很有味道呢！ ※Click “cc” on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. Besides yaks and goats, this place is also famous for its fragrance tsampa and delicious butter tea. Between March to September, the elders usually herd the cattle in the pasture. They will collect milk and make butter daily. It’s my first time seeing how the butter is made. I also had a try at the freshest butter tea. I bought a butter cake and some yak before leaving. The old man also gave me some hulless barley powder as a gift. I made some real Tibetan dishes at home. Besides butter tea and tsampa, I also made a Tibetan yak hot pot and some dried yak meat. When she add gheee to the tea I was like'huh?' and I'm still scook that she still combined those two together, cause ad an Indian we grow up eating ghee and we know how greasey it is and she mixed that with tea, I don't even want to know the taste, cause I know I won't like the taste already
