Just so people understand this is essentially tofu but made from radish rather than soy. The texture and properties are the same its just a little bitter and more dense but otherwise indistinguishable from tofu

蘿菠糕不是全打成汁
至少要一半ㄘㄨㄚˋ簽
這樣吃起來才有白蘿蔔的口感

를 넣어서 찜통에 쪄서 두부를 만들어네요

真的令人感覺很髒 衛生堪慮
如果吃的人更多 就会上工业化生产设备 这种生产方式就会逐渐淘汰 ,
原來製作蘿蔔糕這麼麻煩,每到某個節日,我媽還是堅持自己做蘿蔔糕(雖然我不知道是什麼節日就是了)
