贛菜在江西有很多分支，甚至每個地方的菜都不一樣，大多都重油重辣。因為江西地處多省交界，所以贛菜也吸收融合了周邊省份的特色，相互影響，雖然不是八大菜系，但是形成自己獨特的口味。阿星來到隱藏在南昌一個化工食堂裡的菜館，廚師都是清一色的阿姨，女子天團廚藝高超，輕輕鬆鬆就能做出一桌美味。餘乾辣椒炒肉，臭鱖魚，酸辣鴨雜，瑞金牛肉湯，個個都是下飯好菜。 Gan cuisine has many branches in Jiangxi, and even the dishes in each region are different.
