Making this right now. The recipe translation says 280ml for 350grams flour, I think there's a misstranslation on this part, because when I went to measure everything the flour was way to much so i held back from adding it all, instead I opted to measure by eye. And just added enough flour to make a sticky wet batter like the video. If I had used all 350grams of flour I would've ended up with stiff bread dough. UNLESS the flour she's using is rice or glutinous rice flour, or very fine cake flour.
