I tried this. Flavour is excellent, however, the ribs were WAY too tough! 1/2 hour of steaming not nearly enough to soften the ribs. If doing again, I would braise the ribs until soft, place them on the fried tofu and then add cornstarch to the sauce to thicken and pour the sauce over top.

• Millet pepper or cut chillies
