This is a surprise. I didn't think peanuts and eggs could be good, but blended up, they are similar to peanut butter. I have put peanut butter in home baked bread recipe, didn't change the flavor. This recipe would yield a higher protein scone, maybe a slight peanut flavor. That would be good with a fruit jam on top.
