Delicious! We were out of chili powder so I used half a spoon of crushed red pepper. The only thing I'd do different next time would be to add some corn starch to thicken up the sauce a little.
Also watching the cauliflower turn bright green was hilarious; I'd never cooked with Chinese cauliflower before and I will definitely use more of it!
