Made this tonight and it tasted great! Left out the shrimp, oyster sauce and agaric (what is that? Looks gross, lol). Added cabbage and red chili garlic sauce. It didn't roll up pretty at ALL, and getting it into the frying pan was a challenge! (maybe the rolled dough needed to be thicker? Or I had too much filling?) Filling spilled out, but it cooked up well and tasted very nice. Will make again.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese … wunderbar
