再準備半斤猪肉餡 gtranslates (in the app) to "Prepare half a pound of pork stuffing"; 斤 is a unit of measurement equivalent to .5kg which ~1lb and she says to do half of that, so whatever. But I don't know why the YouTube translation becomes cat. Is it based off what it hears or on a script the video-maker submits? But the other time i saw "catties" it was in the video title, so it's not just mis-hearing what she's saying….
(Also, just because Americans don't use metric is no reason to half-assedly convert to imperial measurements, google! I saw this in a manga translation once, it made the quibbling over heights even more stupid when expressed in converted inches than cm….)
