This is an excellent stretching exercise, after sitting too long on computer or studying my back, neck & hand will be feeling stiffness, sometimes will affect headache. I follow the Coffe’s video exercises which helped to release all the stiffness of my body, neck & headache. Also, help to sweat. Thank you.
I really enjoyed this workout ! Please make more yoga vidoes for pregnant women – I would love to see more of this , especially ones preparing the body for the baby and preparing for giving birth❤ support you all the way ! You are amazing !!

之前正常做过哩套,冇乜感觉。依家有少少吃力,而且有少少长。做之前本来有d作呕,做完后感觉好佐好多。
如果下半身很臃腫 一開始的坐姿就姿勢不正確該如何救呢?

懷孕之後成五個月無點做運動,除了行路散步,筋都硬了,今天做回點瑜伽感覺練習呼吸很放鬆。
太久沒運動回來從初級開始,筋真的變好緊,要開始每天跟著做了。希望可以慢慢回到以前的柔軟度。

谢谢coffee, 之前一直在跟20分钟的早晨瑜伽,一直是无论早中晚什么时候做都是很好的疏筋瑜伽,这个25分钟的更加舒缓适合早上做。从这两个瑜伽也能看出coffee的本人对于瑜伽的进步
