其實要弄可以自己省略很多步奏啦，像絞肉跟小片豆腐皮直接買現成的；簡單總結就是：絞肉調味加蔬菜丁—>包進豆腐皮—>下油鍋煎—>加水調醬汁燜煮—>起鍋加蔥花，不用一小時可以搞定

For English speaking watchers, I am pretty sure those peppers are called Anaheim Peppers in English. That’s what they resemble to me, and if they are not, I imagine Anaheim peppers would lend nicely to this! (For those without an asian grocer in their area)
And, a quick google search revealed that Shaoxing cooking wine is very popular. Not sure if it’s what she used though, there are many, many cooking wines.
