Can someone educate me on why she's using MSG and if it's healthy or not please? I'm a westerner and I have been told for years to avoid MSG in everything. It tends to be in a lot of Asian foods and I'm not sure what purpose it really serves

Never soak eggs in water(not being boiled). All the bacteria from the eggshells will get in the egg if you do. Other than that, the dish looks great 👍🏼
