These workouts are fun. They focus mostly on the arms which is annoying though. These are great if you just wanna move around but I dont think its great for actual weightloss

I’m in isolation with Covid and can’t stand missing the gym, so thought I’d give this a go to keep my sanity. I’ve always considered myself as a bit of a gym bunny, but damn! This workout hit different! Not only was I a tad uncoordinated for this but it made me sweat my butt off! Definitely a different type of tiring compared to running and circuits and lifting. Looking forward to doing more over the next 5 days of my isolation. Thanks for the workout!!
