I love doing this and hope it will reduce my arm and back fat cause that is a big problem and it makes me look shapeless but I can’t question God for giving me a bigger upper body I guess😭😭

This is awesome! I have been doing it since 4 days and though no changes in my weight, my body got toned. My stomach got a bit flat and my collarbones are more visible. Will sure try my best to complete this 7 day challenge.
Day 5: Done (I am so sweaty. Also, I lost about 0.5 kg weight)
Day 6 : Had to take a break as I was running low on energy and was very sore
Day 7 : Done
So overall this is amazing as I saw some changes in my upper arms and tummy area. Also lost 0.5 kgs. Losing weight is very hard for me hence the weight loss is very much appreciated. I have decided to continue this for another week.
Day 8: Done
Day 9 : Done (It still has not gotten any easier for me but I enjoy doing this)
Day 10 : Done
Day 11 : Done (I am tired!! but I will try and continue…Fighting!! By the way lost another 0.5 kgs so total 1 kg and My tummy and upper arms are getting toned day by day. So Happy!!)
So I got diarrhoea and was on bed rest. I am feeling so weak and drained but started again today.
Day 12: done
To be honest it feels like I am starting from day 1.
