      I am so grateful that i found ur channel, because since then i restarted zumba & started my very first time doing circuit training. Ur choreographies are just so amazing, the steps are simple & clear, it’s totally “my style” & ur smile totally cheered us up! It’s never boring to choose from the >200 workout videos everyday.😍 I realized that it is important to know the correct posture & position during stretching & circuit training. 🥺 I hope i can learn the correct way to do stretching one day. 谢谢, for everything u’ve done to keep us motivated and healthy.       Hi ms sunny please upload new video of micdrop maybe just solo dance or try upload again the old video. Because I see some dance choreo also of micdrop from different choreographers but they are not blocked. I don't know why they blocked yours.

      *오늘의 운동(YUM) : FAT BURNING 🥵 WORKOUT 🏋️‍♀️(45min) + 걷기 🚶‍♀️ 만보 이상
      *오늘의 식단: 아침 (곡물 쉐이크 wz 훈제계란 1개) / 점심 (친구들과 멕시칸 음식) / 저녁은 가볍게 쉐이크 + 양배추 🥬 + 파프리카 + 토마토 🍅 / 간식 커피 wz 치즈 🧀 과자 + 아마도 케잌? (저는 소량만!)

      샘 마지막 Circuit training 여서 그런지 아쉽기도 하지만 또 따라하기 약간 버겁더라구요. 특히 스콰트 30개 후 점프 스콰트는 정말 다리가 후덜덜! 저 스콰트를 잘 못해서 ㅠㅠ 횟수는 적게 했어도 마지막까지 덜덜 거리며 했습니다. 샘의 체력에 👏 👏 👏

      I just want to say thank you for giving us this wonderful challenge!
      Honestly, it wasn't easy to follow since I had some health problems, but I could finally end it. The most interesting part of the last four weeks was that after watching most of your circuit trainings, I could somehow understand some of the instructions. I don't have a clue about Korean language, but just by listening and watching for some days I ended up understanding what I have to do when you said some Korean words. That's why I say that we humans are just meant to communicate and share with each other regardless the language and culture.

      Thank you again for sharing. I'll keep following your content. It's really catchy and fun!
