Almost done with the challenge! I feel so strong. I did this video, had oatmeal for breakfast. Worked a double at the restaurant and had a smoothie while I worked and a salad at the end of my shift!

Its true when you say circuit training is good for back pain, because i feel no more back pain after doing your circuit training video almost 3 month..

건강을 잃으면 모든 걸 잃는 기분이예요…… 저 그런 적이 있었는데…
그럴수록 스트레스 받지 마시고(쉽진 않지만 ㅠ) 건강 회복하느라 고생하는 나에게 격려해주세요~!! 맛있는 것도 많이 드시고요!

Last week I decided to do other exercises to wait for the last videos of this challenge, so I'm just gonna upload this week work. (Actually, I danced a lot everyday but didn't workout to much). Anyways, I hope your much better now!
*Tuesday: circuit training diet (45min) + Cardio + learning a dance choreo (1.5h)
*Wednesday: dance workout (50min) + tabata training (40min)
*Thursday: Circuit training Diet (49min) + Cardio (30 min)
*Today's meal: Beans, rice and steak.
