Hi Sunny i've been following your workout since the first challenge and you were the person who inspires me to workout, i can see a lot of upgrades in your channel and i am so proud to see it keep improving, i'm trying some other workouts right now but i must say your channel has the most complete workout from the warming up until the cool down and i like the way you mix it with the diet dance to keep it interesting! It was intense, the truth is that it helped me a lot😅😅😅
I can't believe it's the final week! Today was tough again but fun! I had iced coffee with soymilk this morning and then went for a run. As soon as I got back I did this video right away (phew what a sweaty mess) Then I had a smoothie, an apple for a snack later and some corn chowder for a late lunch/early dinner. I am working an evening shift so I might have a salad at the end of work. Thanks for all your hard work Sunny!
