没脑 ! Your metal box is sealed what the purpose of using wood … wood cheap right? Other BBQ chicken becos they want the scent aroma of wood on the roasted chicken. Waste of time waiting my oven and airfryer also can get your result

the chicken is not cooked properly. the insides are still too raw. might be carrying some nasty parasites. too much heat for a small time only grills the outside of the chicken
chickens looking gerat, but why they pour fat chicken oils into the charcoal? to make it burns better? Gonna terrible burning smell around there but not the chicken i guess
