Phew it was tough and sweaty today but I did it! My meals were the same as always. Short morning run and then oatmeal afterwards. Did this workout video and then smoothie for lunch (banana, strawberry, chocolate protein powder, soy milk) and will have grilled veggies for dinner. Thank you Sunny for all the helpful explanations of the stretches.

Oh I was actually not going to do today's exercise but ended up pushing through. So proud now! Day 12 completed and resisted a binge (which is pretty exciting for me), I'm very happy! Thank you, Sunny!

I started again after being off for 10 days because I was allergic, can't do anything 😭.
Today's training:
* 48 minutes 4 weeks dietary challenge day 12
* 1 hour of cardio
Eat today:
* Before practice: bananas
* Exercise routine: lemon juice
* after training:
Vermicelli and processed shrimp
Day 12 of this challenge and I am proud of myself for sticking to it. Really has helped me feel healthier and stronger. Thank You!! <3 🙂
All the abs workouts are difficult, but I can feel myself getting stronger. The side leg lifts really hurt my hips so I do one at a time instead of both together. Everything else I was able to do as you show. I am not losing weight, and I know it is because I eat the wrong foods, but my stamina is growing and I can do other activities with much more energy. My husband loves my energy! Thank you Sunny.
Finnaly doing this 12 day challenge actually I have been rest twice a week since day 10 in a row but seriously I lose 1.5 kg doing this workout and just eating deficit calorie instead of nutritous one because I just ate what I have at home so im proud of myself hehe🥰 thanks for this challenge

I just would like to request to have more english captions or subs especially when you're explaining the do's and don'ts and giving tips since Youtube do not have english subtitles and closed captioning cannot translate it either.
