      Sunny, I must admit I couldn’t finish this one. Usually I would walk 2km with my dogs, do one of your warm up dance before circuit. 50-mins is tough!!

      [4 Week Diet Challenge] Day 5 | 50 minute Circuit Training Diet Workout meal for breakfast 1 egg with 3 mushroom, dinner tomato soup with cheese 🙂 Before Sunny 4 weeks diet challenge i was 68,5kg, today 64,0 kg. Thank you 🙂

      I don't own a ringband so I copied the second set. Another day, did this workout once and I'll do it again tonight. I enjoyed it! Sadly can't do my run today though, so I might throw in another set of exercise into my usual routine and arm workout. The abs part is actually getting easier? I'm not flexible enough yet to comfortably do the cool down stretches, haha. I love the annotated comments and fitness fact. Thank you, Sunny!

      wow today was really exausting but i love it! i'll do some extras workouts now. Today i had beef for lunch and some fruit and toast for snack.

      Day 5 done ✅ i should say it's really hard for me but i've been start it, to far for say give up 😂. Thankyou for the workout coach Sunny, luv💕.

      Today exercise :
      * 1,5 hours cardio
      * 50 minute circuit training (4 week challenge)

      Today meal:
      * before exercise ➡ smoked chicken, a half bowl kabsah rice and lemon water.

      *after exercise :
      Mashed potato, smoked chicken and lemon water.

      Snack: oatmeal biscuits and pickles.

      Day 5 done! Before the training a cup of coffee and after a green juice. For lunch bulgogi meat, salat and half cup of rice. 💕🙌🏽

      Omg today was really exausting, i need to take some breaks on it or i really think that i won't be able to finish it. By the way, I do all the exercises and I fell so greatfull ! (Sorry for bad english 😛)

      Day 5…Done! This is probably the hardest one that I've done so far. Finished with very little breaks.
      I loved the tips that you added in the end with the stretches, it helped me to be more aware of what I am doing while stretching!

      5th day! I couldn't make it today, I had to skip the second circuit due to pain in my left hip. I'm sad I wasn't able to challenge myself hard enough, but at least I had a very long walk today, so I moved and that's the important thing. I hope that by the end of this journey I will feel better. (I cannot lie, I prefer dance workout, I find them more enjoyable and amusing ahah)

      I had to stop userday caus3 my cat was sick I lost all my energy taking care of her so I considered that as a workout. Today's one was long and tough I am so proud of mys3lf that I got through it I used my scarf and books hhh 🤣🤣 thank you so much love you from Algeria 캄사합니다 사랑해요 ❤❤❤❤
