* Today's Exercise(Roew) 12/6/2020 : Warm up diet dance workout (Cardio) (11 mins), Warm up diet dance workout (Zumba) (12 mins), Cardio diet dance workout (20 mins), Warm up dance diet workout (9 mins) (I did this twice while waiting for the next video🤣🤣) , Day 4 diet dance workout (20 mins), random Sunny’s diet dance workouts (around an hour), Day 4 stretching workout (12 mins). Today's meal : After exercise (Noodle soup with shredded chicken & tofu, 2 hard-boiled eggs😊, some strawberries, plain water). 🤗❤️💛💜

Done for today. dance and this abs exercise is wonderful. 2 meals for today with half portion of rice and lots of vege soups.
Hy i had not got internet so i just started again 5 days ago…. im so proud of myself anyway i lost weight, 68,5kg, now 64,4kg.
today exercise day 4 20 minutes dance diet, 12 minutes stretching, meal 1 time okonomiyaki yamm yamm. If it gonna help for others, before i started to do something for myself i was 72kg, my menu was full of fastfoods like MCdonalds, KFC,Pizza. Leave this kind of foods, its not healthy, not good. After that i choose to eat chinese, korean and japenese, vietnamese, malaysian foods, and i can see and i can feel my changes. Good luck for everybody. Thank you for a videos, i hope i never will have again technics problem XD

Just did the first stretching. Accidentally skipped to the next day and saw it's 50 minutes circuit training. Oh dear, I better sleep well tonight. First another dance workout, then day 4 dsnce workout again, and finish with this stretch. THE ABS WORKOUTS, my frustration is intense, haha!
