看那一大鍋牛雜湯 突然感覺歐美人看我們是不是像在看Orc或綠皮一樣😆
一個大釜裡面什麼死人骨頭都有，旁邊還有剛處理好的各式內臟~
但是管他的!!阿就很好吃阿
切牛內臟好像在看生物解剖，真霸氣！那一大鍋湯看起來真好吃，可惜這店不在台北，想吃真沒那麼容易。
將牛腎切除的肥肉屑用檸檬汁或香吉士浸泡4小時，用小小火烤後沾胡椒鹽。不怕胖的人可以試試。
30块那么实在，不容易啊，台湾老百姓

他家的湯頭真的很屌 推牛雜 牛肉比較一般
可惜我住台南
我雖是台灣人 但內臟類的我是真的不愛
但那牛肉 看起來真新鮮好吃
切得太大颗了 而且汤头太淡 不适合我这种半个东北人的重口味 台湾料理老是沾酱油膏 估计东北人也不习惯 新鲜是很好的 牛杂还是香港的好吃 我们山东的牛杂汤一股中药味也不好吃

不太喜歡內臟的味道，不過看起來賣相蠻好的
