Oh my god this was so much fun I was so sore from the first day I didn't think I can go throw it but I did😊 I danced like an adiot but I was feeling it i am sweating like crazy amazing thank you now going to stretch on the next video 😙 moah
I was scared this one would be hard but after doing another one of your dance workouts for like 2 weeks this was surprisingly easy since My dancing has improved. I have to wear a knee brace for these workouts though since I’m prone to injury 😂.
