Thank you for this tutorial! I have a question, for the leglifts in the second exercise, the one for the lower abs. Even when I follow your instructions, I sometimes feel the work out in my abs, but mostly it hurts to do a lot because I feel a lot of pain and tension in my hips and hip flexors. Is there a way to fix this? If anyone can answer this, Sunny or someone in the comments please help!
