Is called “FANGHEI CHOUTAN (CANTONESE-HONGKONG) = FRIED EGGS WITH TOMATOES! LITERALLY KIDS LOVE IT! IS SO TASTY ESPECIALLY PUT ON TOP OF RICE! SHE IS RIGHT “KIDS LOVE IT!!” GUARANTEED!! When I cooked this I also used SWINDHAU(GARLIC) THE WHOLE ONE(ONLY SMASH IT 1 TIME SO IT STILL LOOKS WHOLE BUT NO CHOPPING) & I USED SPRING ONION INSTEAD OF THE CHINESE LEEK…Cos before I went to HK for work, I stayed in TC (Training Centre) in Jakarta to learn Cantonese Language + Cooking Chinese Foods + Foods Name in Cantonese + Ingredients Name in Cantonese, etc..Love it! So seeing this bring back memories… like I said if you dont have that flat chinese leek, you can use the leaf of the leek or fat spring onion instead and add 3/5 smashed GARLIC/SWINDHAU(CANTONESE) only smash 1 time, and fried it with the finely chopped leek (the white part).. Plus CORN STARCH(mixed with water&stir it with ur fingers untill it melt) You can use this for any kinda dish that have a bit juicy in it to make it more gravy, or when you stir fry KALE/CHINESE VEGGIES/ ANY KINDA STIR FRY VEGGIES, CAN DEFF USE THIS STARCH LIQUID TO MAKE THE DISH MORE SHINY N GRAVY…😍😋💚
