Loved these songs and dances! Did this yesterday but commenting today. I went for a 3 mile run and then did this dance exercise. After I had cereal for breakfast, chili mac pasta for lunch and lettuce wraps with brown rice, bean sprouts and tofu for dinner!

Day 6-2 is blocked 🙁
Day 6 already? Time flies by! Unfortunately day 6-2 has been copyrighted so I'll substitute other exercises (same duration) in there. Will be doing this and day 6-3 each twice (plan). I've had oats, 2%greek yoghurt and fruits this morning. Also noted down my measurements, exciting! I weigh 48,7kg at the moment, and I'd love to drop to 47kg. Good luck everyone!

Today exercise :
* 4 week diet challenge day 6.
* 1 hours cardio
Today meal:
* before exercise : a half bowl rice with boiled chicken and pickles ( breakfast)
* after exercise : noodles soup, boiled egg and lemon water.
I started quite late… today is my day 6… this workout makes me sweat a lot.. haha! love it!
today meal:
morning: scrambled egg and americano coffee
lunch: chicken breast grill
dinner: whey protein
I do workout for 3hrs today.
