陝西省大荔縣古稱同州，這裡有很多傳統小吃，阿星來到渭南品嚐東府美食。百年老店大荔合作飯店，只賣4種食物，老湯滷肉，月牙燒餅，爐齒面，涼拌豆腐絲，每一種都是傳承幾代的美味。飯店雖小，味道不小，老師傅對食物手藝和工藝的堅持，讓食客吃到地道的民間小吃。 Dali County in Shaanxi Province was called Tongzhou in ancient times.
