撈化是福建福州的著名小吃，撈化的全稱是撈興化米粉，因為使用莆田的興化米粉，所以簡稱撈化。米粉細如髮絲，潔白晶瑩，放在鍋裡一燙就熟，用高湯調配，吃的時候可以加入海鮮、肉類等很多種配菜。既簡單又美味，在當地很受歡迎，從以前的早餐，到現在全天都能吃得到。 Laohua is a famous snack in Fuzhou, Fujian. The full name of Laohua is Lao Xinghua rice noodles. Because Xinghua rice noodles from Putian are used, it is short name of Laohua. Rice noodles are as thin as hair, white and shiny. They are cooked in a hot pot, prepared with broth, and can be eaten with seafood, meat and many other side dishes. Simple and delicious, it’s very popular in the area, and it’s been eaten all day from breakfast.
