Aqui no Brasil fazemos bolo de milho também…fazemos de sal e de doce. No bolo de sal colocamos queijo. Fazemos em formas e assados em forno. Também fazemos Pamonhas. Que é cozida nas palhas do milho na água fervendo. O milho é peneirado , temperamos a Pamonha com óleo quente ou manteiga derretida ou banha quente. Fazemos a pamonha de sal ou doce. E colocamos queijos frescos .
