My understanding of recipe based on video is below
Ingredients:
1 pack of medium firmness tofu
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp of white sugar
1 tsp gochujang
2 scoops soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil for frying tofu
A tiny bit of salt, cumin seeds, black sesame seeds.
Directions:
1. Cut tofu in cubes.
2. Prepare the sauce: add 1 tsp of chili powder, 1 tbsp of white sugar, 1 scoop of gochujang, 2 scoops of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, add about a cup of water, stir well and set aside.
3. Add about 1/2 cup oil in wok, add the tofu, fry until the surface of the tofu is golden; then strain and remove the tofu.
4. Leave a little oil in the pot, sprinkle a bit of salt, then add tofu and sauce; stir until the sauce becomes sticky, then sprinkle with cumin seeds, black sesame seeds, stir fry evenly;
