Hi Joey! Just discovered your channel and this video seems so fun, but we got so lost as beginners 😅 Would you consider doing a very simple video explaining proper form for individual moves (no combos) like the different types of punches, kicks and how the rest of the body is supposed to move with each action? It'll be great to actually work out after learning the moves instead of tripping over myself through the whole workout 🤣 Thank you for your hard work! 🥰

This workout looked and still looks really fun!
However, as soon as i started doing it i realized that it's just moving too fast for me, and as a complete newbie to this type of workouts i am lacking clearer instructions on sequences, i.e. which move i am supposed to be doing after which.
For example, Joey explains descent/ascent, i am repeating, but several seconds later we are already doing this plus some knee work, then plus some bounce, and maybe some punches…
Idk, i was just feeling really confused throughout the majority of the workout ._.
Again, these combat-inspired workouts look really fun, and i can see how much work has been put into them. I would just really love some more explanations included so that a beginner could do it too without feeling too lost.
