作為雲南人來說,摘椰子是個多新鮮的事呀,這是我第一次爬到這麼高的樹上,第一次摘椰子。 9月版納的街頭巷尾,都能買到10塊錢一個的大椰子,雲南菜裡用到椰子的,也就是泡魯達了,而且還是一個舶來品。不過當地人也會做一些椰子的美食招待外地客人。爺爺奶奶是第一次喝椰子、第一次吃新鮮椰子做的菜,我也覺得新鮮,椰子椰殼能做的都統統做了一遍~ ※Click “cc” on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. For Yunnan people, it’s a novel experience to pick coconuts. This is my first time to climb onto such a tall tree and pick coconuts. In September, you can find big coconuts sold in many places here in Xishuangbanna. They are usually sold at the price of 10 yuan. When speaking of Yunnan cuisines, we only use coconuts when making Paoluda. But the dish is still not native to the place. We locals can also make some coconut dishes to treat others. It’s my grandparents’ first time to drink coconut juice and enjoy dishes made with fresh coconuts.
