離家不遠處有一片檸檬果園，老闆說今年收成不好，也沒請人採摘，一部分成熟掉落在地上，一部分掛在樹上就爛了……我去摘了一籮筐回來，皮薄肉厚，清香濃郁，雖說檸檬是水果，在雲南卻是我們常備的酸味調料，就著這筐檸檬，把愛吃的都統統做一遍～ ※Click “cc” on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. There’s a lemon orchard near my home. The owner said it’s not a harvest year so they didn’t ask workers to help pick the fruits. Some lemons got ripe and dropped onto the ground and some began to rot while still hanging on the trees. I went to pick a basket of lemons. They have very thin peels and full juicy flesh with refreshing fragrance. Though lemons are fruits, we usually use them as a sour spice here in Yunnan.
