這個季節裡,最珍貴鮮美的就是被譽為“菌中之王”的松茸了,生長在海拔3000米的溫帶,一般需要5-6年的生長周期。 7月份的時候去了一趟香格里拉,和我的藏族朋友一起走了3個小時的山路,找了接近4個小時,最後只找到了6朵松茸,採起來真的有點費時間…… 回去做了一桌菜,松茸刺身、烤松茸、松茸燉烏雞、雲腿山珍醬,配合米飯,麵條和餌塊一起吃,這一頓的鮮美也值得~ ※Click “cc” on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. Then I cooked some dishes: matsutake sashimi, grilled matsutake, stewed silkie with matsutake and ham and mushroom sauce. We eat them with rice, noodles and bait blocks.
