I watched the video to see the difficulty level and I thought it was too easy. I decided to give it a try but I was already thinking of another challenge that would be more challenging for me. Long story short, I was humbled! I overestimated my abilities and underestimated this training because it looked like a low-intensity workout. I needed to take a couple of breaks in the middle but I was able to finish it. For the first time in my life, I felt very sore right after the exercise.
I really like this exercise because it is slow paced but very effective.

Gaining weight approximately 2 kg since I'm facing constant stress and lack of proper sleep in term of hour and quality therefore I eat a lot of flour-based food, fried food which I love so much and snacking here and there. Not proud of. Still struggling to cut snacking though.
I'll comment in every video to keep my spirit up. let's losing weight in a healthy way. Having sustainable lifestyle is a way of life. Period 😁

Hey everyone, I started this workout from today onwards. posting each n everyday what i did and ate and weight only after a month.
Current weight: 62 kg
Ate: brkfast a glass of milk, one banana almonds nd walnuts before workout, lunch chicken and vegges n salad, snacks curd w/o sugar, dinner same as lunch. and lots of water. 🙂
First day. Starting at 99kg. I am very overweight, but I will not give up. My goal is to lose 10kg at least by June 13, my eldest daughter's wedding day. The hard part for me is the floor exercises because of a bad back. Also, doing yoga to help with that, but I know it takes time. I've done your dance workout videos and they are a lot of fun.

I’ve been slacking on my exercising due to being bored with my regular routines. But, I found your dance workouts a few days ago and have been doing them daily! Now I am starting this program. Absolutely loved the first day and am looking forward to the rest. 🙂
I'm not new here but I will start this challenge, thank you couch sunny for this idea. I've been going to the gym but need to do cardio more so I will definitely do that, I will update regularly here 🥺
This is my third challenge I'm in now. Honestly I started to workout since my self confidence now is extremely low. i gained 14 lbs this quarantine period (1 year and a half), and I am so disappoineted to myself. I cannot even wear the clothes I loved confidently (cropped tops and sleeveless blouse). I started this last week of May, without any special diet (I eat minimal rice only though but I love sweets and meat)
I've done 2 week challenge and 3 week challenge by Sunny unnie, and I can feel that my core is improving. My balance is improving. I combine yoga to my routine sometimes if I want to stretch my whole body. And I add now jumping rope in my routine as an additional cardio exercise (20 to 30 minutes) for additional calorie burning exercise.
These challenges and exercise that Sunny unnie post here makes me alive. They are not boring, I love every zumba sessions that sometimes I add Candy by H.O.T. in my routine in zumba (my favorite). Circuit exercises is my favorite one. I love how it strengthen me and at the same time my sweat!!! I love how I sweat in circuit training ^^
Now, I am in 4 week challenge now. My weight is 152 lbs in this starting day. I will comment on the last video of this challenge how I weight.
Maybe I'll sack chips after 6pm to contribute to my weight loss journey.
And to everyone out there reading this, we can do this 🙂 let us make it slowly but surely. Hard work always pay off. The result may not be obvious in two to six weeks, but consistency is what we need. And always challenge ourselves! ^^
My first proper diet challenge ever! That was tougher than what I was prepared for, I'm going to have all my muscles hurt tomorrow :'). It felt so difficult but I'm glad I've went through it and tomorrow is dance workout time so I'm probably going to be in less pain. Diet: 1500 kcal vegetarian+fish box diet. Starting weight: 75 kg. Wish me luck everyone! ^^
